"If you like pushy, aggressive, and condescending agents then I guess this is the company for you. I reached out to State Farm early October just looking for home quotes for my new home. I was connected with Gavin and pretty instantly was turned off by his condensending tone and aggressive desire to make a sale right then and there. I made it pretty clear from the beginning that I would not be agreeing to a policy on the first phone call, I wanted to do my due diligence as a homeowner and gather multiple quotes from multiple companies but I felt like Gavin wasn't even going to give me a chance to do that. I did eventually find a policy with another company that better fit my needs and when Gavin reached out to check back in, I politely let him know that fact. Continuing to call/email and try to find out what company I'm with is not okay in my opinion and not a good way to make a sale. I also don't appreciate the tactic of calling me back-to-back within the span of 1 minute because I didn't answer the first phone call. All-in-all, this experience put me off from ever wanting to work with State Farm again."
